Roger P. Tomalas - Personal Injury Attorney

Roger P. Tomalas is a veteran trial attorney with more than 28 years specializing in personal injury and wrongful death cases. Prior to private practice, Mr. Tomalas worked for insurance companies as an underwriter, broker and claim defense attorney.

After graduating from UCLA in 1969, Roger Tomalas attended the University of San Fernando Valley College of Law at night while working in the insurance industry. He earned his Juris Doctor from San Fernando in 1975. He is admitted to practice in all California state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

Roger Tomalas has been a lecturer for the National Business Institute and is co-author of a book, “Premises Liability: Preparation and Trial of a Difficult Case in California.” He also created “The Basic Guide to Insurance Coverage, Personal Injury Law and The Legal System” (LINK) to assist clients in understanding their rights and insurance claims.

Roger Tomalas is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the State Bar of California, the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

Ryan J. Tomalas - Personal Injury Attorney

In 2008 Ryan Tomalas joined his father, Roger, and the Tomalas Law Firm was established. Like his father, Ryan also specializes in representing injury victims throughout Southern California.

Ryan graduated from the University of Oregon in 1996. He then spent nearly 10 years in the business world as the General Manager of an international big game sportfishing company. Ryan earned his Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School, graduating Cum Laude and in the top echelon of his class.

With his background, Ryan possesses a wealth of real world experience and legal expertise which enables him to evaluate and balance both legal issues and practical considerations on his client’s behalf. Ryan shares his father’s commitment to providing their clients with legal representation based on integrity, compassion and experience.

Ryan is admitted to practice in all California state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association.
